Teresa has devoted her life to the health and fitness industry. She began teaching group fitness at the age of 16 and has continued educating and inspiring clients for 30 years. Teresa holds multiple certifications from Pilates, Cycling, Kettlebells and many others.
Teresa teaches a popular noon time Yoga session on Mondays at IN-FIT Studio. It is a 60 minute class where she explores Yoga postures and mobility exercises to help improve balance, recovery, release soft tissue and lift your sense of well-being.
